When booking an appointment, please ensure you verify whether you’re within my travel radius. Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full remaining balance of the appointment. Similarly, if I arrive at your address and you are not present, you will be expected to pay the remaining balance in full.
Please be mindful of the parking restrictions on your street. If parking is “Permit Only,” you must provide a permit for me to park. I will not risk a fine to fulfill your appointment. If a permit cannot be provided, I will be unable to proceed with the appointment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance in full at that time. For “Pay & Display” parking options, the cost will be added to the remaining balance of the booked service.
Please note that due to traffic conditions, there may be a delay of 10 to 15 minutes. We hope you understand.
For new customers, a deposit will be required when booking an appointment. This deposit will be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
For appointments outside of Haywards Heath and Cuckfield, a travel fee of £5, £10, £15, or more will be added to cover fuel and mileage, depending on your location.
